VitaReach is a new product made by a small team. We've done everything we can to build something reliable and ship it honestly. This page covers what we guarantee, what we don't, and what you should know before you order.
VitaReach is in its first production run. We are confident in the system's usefulness and structural reliability — we are constantly stress testing our system under various conditions to improve it. That said, as a new product we're still refining supplier relationships and some details.
Hardware finish matching: We do our best to match slide and bracket finishes to your frame color. Some components — particularly certain over-travel slides — are only available in silver or zinc finish, regardless of frame color. Any finish mismatch is cosmetic only and does not affect structural performance or load ratings.
Component sourcing: We work with multiple suppliers. In rare cases, a bracket, plate, or fastener may differ visually from photos shown. Function and specification will always meet or exceed what is advertised.
We prefer reliability over aesthetics. If something doesn't look exactly as expected but works perfectly, that's a deliberate choice — not an oversight. You can wait for perfect finish matching, but if no one buys, it will never happen. We appreciate your trust.
Slide load ratings (100LB) are manufacturer laboratory ratings under controlled conditions. Real-world capacity depends on a number of variables including:
The maximum load is 50LB per kit, evenly distributed on both sides of the board. This limit includes a safety margin. Exceeding rated capacity may result in damage to the system, the wall, or injury.
VITAREACH SYSTEM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY SPECIFIC LOAD WILL BE SAFELY SUPPORTED IN YOUR PARTICULAR INSTALLATION. LOAD CAPACITY IS DEPENDENT ON INSTALLATION QUALITY, WHICH IS ENTIRELY THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

VitaReach offers free consultation and installation video support. These are advisory services only and do not transfer installation responsibility to VitaReach.
Concrete or masonry installations require customer-sourced masonry anchors not included in the kit. We recommend consulting a local hardware professional for anchor selection in these cases.
VitaReach kits do not include panels. You supply your own — pegboard, French cleat board, IKEA SKÅDIS, or any panel system you prefer. We are not responsible for the structural integrity, quality, or suitability of customer-supplied panels.
Metal pegboards and French cleat board offer maximum durability and load retention for heavy workshop use. Plastic pegboards are compatible but may have lower load limits depending on the manufacturer. If you're unsure whether your panel is compatible, contact us before ordering.
For the Cut-to-fit kit, we'll try our best to include board connection bolts that match the board thickness you enter when ordering, but a match is not guaranteed. If no thickness is entered, board connection bolts are not included — standard metric bolts can be easily obtained at Ace Hardware or another local hardware store. Please measure your board before you order — we are not responsible for fit if the entered thickness is incorrect.
Compatibility with non-standard panel sizes may require custom frame sizing. Contact us before ordering if your setup is non-standard — get in touch here.
Every kit is made to order and ships within 5 business days of purchase.
We ship in packages of 1, 2 or 3 Pull-Out Board Kits via standard parcel (UPS or FedEx). No freight, no oversize surcharges. Each package includes everything: a single kit comes with two 24" rails and 4 stud anchors; a double kit with two 36" rails and 6 stud anchors; a triple kit with two 48" rails and 8 stud anchors. Spine rails come pre-cut for IKEA SKÅDIS and metal pegboard kits; the Cut-to-fit kit ships them at ~40" — you cut to fit during installation. Free Promotion Shipping applies only to orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses are charged the carrier shipping rate shown at checkout, where carrier service is available. Free Promotion Shipping is a promotional offer and may be changed or ended at any time; orders already placed keep the shipping terms shown at their checkout.
Pricing is locked at the time of purchase. Early Promotion discount (16% off) will be applied automatically and is valid for orders placed during the early promotion period only.
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us at support@vitareachsystem.com and we will process a full refund.
Missing or damaged parts: If a part is missing or arrives damaged, email support@vitareachsystem.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will ship the replacement parts free of charge — no need to return the kit.
Returns: You can return a kit within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, uncut, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee. To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send you a return label.
Not returnable: Parts that have been cut or installed, including frame rails cut to length and Cut-to-fit kit spine rails cut to height. Defective parts are always covered by the limited warranty below.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Cancellations: You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
Wrong board thickness (Cut-to-fit kit): If the board thickness entered when ordering was incorrect, tell us the correct one, and we will provide you with the correct bolt sizes. You can get them at your local hardware store.
VitaReach kits come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of shipment, when installed and used in accordance with provided installation videos and guidance.

If a part is defective, we will repair or replace it, at our option, and ship the replacement to you free of charge.
To make a warranty claim, contact support@vitareachsystem.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will evaluate and respond within 5 business days.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VITAREACH SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, OR USE OF VITAREACH PRODUCTS, EVEN IF VITAREACH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VITAREACH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

We actively encourage personal builds, garage experiments, and YouTube variations — the maker spirit is part of why this exists. Follow our installation videos, build your own system, share it freely, inspire others, post it on YouTube with a link back to us. We love it.
The one line: don't sell it commercially without our permission. Personal use and sharing — go for it.
