VitaReach is a new product made by a small team. We've done everything we can to build something reliable and ship it honestly. This page covers what we guarantee, what we don't, and what you should know before you order.
VitaReach is in its first production run. We are confident in the system's usefulness and structural reliability — we are constantly stress testing our system under various conditions to improve it. That said, as a new product we're still refining supplier relationships and some details.
Hardware finish matching: We do our best to match slide and bracket finishes to your frame color. Some components — particularly certain 150LB and over-travel slides — are only available in silver or zinc finish, regardless of frame color. Any finish mismatch is cosmetic only and does not affect structural performance or load ratings.
Component sourcing: We work with multiple suppliers. In rare cases, a bracket, plate, or fastener may differ visually from photos shown. Function and specification will always meet or exceed what is advertised.
We prefer reliability over aesthetics. If something doesn't look exactly as expected but works perfectly, that's a deliberate choice — not an oversight. You can wait for perfect finish matching, but if no one buys, it will never happen. We appreciate your trust.
Slide load ratings (100LB and 150LB) are manufacturer laboratory ratings under controlled conditions. Real-world capacity depends on a number of variables including:
We recommend staying under 80LB per blade on 100LB-rated slides and 120LB per blade on 150LB-rated slides in real-world use. These working load recommendations include a safety margin. Exceeding rated capacity may result in damage to the system, the wall, or injury.
VITAREACH LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY SPECIFIC LOAD WILL BE SAFELY SUPPORTED IN YOUR PARTICULAR INSTALLATION. LOAD CAPACITY IS DEPENDENT ON INSTALLATION QUALITY, WHICH IS ENTIRELY THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

VitaReach offers free pre-order consultation and installation video support. These are advisory services only and do not transfer installation responsibility to VitaReach.
Concrete or masonry installations require customer-sourced masonry anchors not included in the kit. We recommend consulting a local hardware professional for anchor selection in these cases.
VitaReach kits do not include panels. You supply your own — pegboard, French cleat plywood, IKEA SKÅDIS, or any board system you prefer. We are not responsible for the structural integrity, quality, or suitability of customer-supplied panels.
Metal pegboards and French cleat plywood offer maximum durability and load retention for heavy workshop use. Plastic pegboards are compatible but may have lower load limits depending on the manufacturer. If you're unsure whether your panel is compatible, contact us before ordering.
Compatibility with non-standard panel sizes may require custom frame sizing. Contact us before ordering if your setup is non-standard — get in touch here.
Current orders are pre-orders. Estimated ship date is July 6, 2026. This date is our best current estimate. In the event of a delay, we will notify customers by email as early as possible.
We ship kits in quantities of 2 or 3 TroveBlades. Both package sizes are 6×6×42", ~9 and 12 lbs respectively, via standard parcel (UPS or FedEx). No freight, no oversize surcharges. Frame sections and cantilever arms ship at ~40" — you cut to fit during installation. Founding Customers receive free shipping — continental US only.
Pre-order pricing is locked at the time of purchase. Founding Customer discount (16% off) will be applied automatically and is valid for orders placed during the founding run period only.

VitaReach kits are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment, when installed and used in accordance with provided installation videos and guidance.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VITAREACH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, OR USE OF VITAREACH PRODUCTS, EVEN IF VITAREACH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VITAREACH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
VitaReach system design is patent pending.
We actively encourage personal builds, garage experiments, and YouTube variations — the maker spirit is part of why this exists. Follow our installation videos, build your own system, share it freely, inspire others, post it on YouTube with a link back to us. We love it.
The one line: don't sell it commercially without our permission. Personal use and sharing — go for it.
