Missing or damaged parts
If a part is missing or arrives damaged, email support@vitareachsystem.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will ship the replacement parts free of charge — no need to return the kit.
Cancellations
Every kit is made to order. You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
Returns
You can return a kit within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, uncut, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee. To start a return, email support@vitareachsystem.com with your order number and we will send you a return label.
Parts that have been cut or installed — including frame rails cut to length and Cut-to-fit kit spine rails cut to height — cannot be returned. Defective parts are always covered by our one-year limited warranty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Wrong board thickness (Cut-to-fit kit)
If the board thickness entered when ordering was incorrect, tell us the correct one, and we will provide you with the correct bolt sizes. You can get them at your local hardware store.
Limited warranty
VitaReach kits come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of shipment. If a part is defective, we will repair or replace it, at our option, and ship the replacement free of charge. See the full warranty terms and exclusions on our Terms & Disclaimer page.
