Processing time
Every kit is made to order and ships within 5 business days of purchase.
Carriers
We ship in packages of 1, 2 or 3 Pull-Out Board Kits via standard parcel (UPS or FedEx). Larger walls ship as several packages. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Where we ship and cost
We ship to US addresses only. Free Promotion Shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses are charged the carrier rate shown at checkout, where carrier service is available. Free Promotion Shipping is a promotional offer and may change or end at any time; orders already placed keep the shipping terms shown at their checkout.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or missing, email support@vitareachsystem.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll ship replacement parts free. See our Return and refund policy for details.
